- Pipe Bending – Conventional & CNC (Set & Operate)
- Setting of pyramid rollers
- Rolling of tube on pyramid rollers to arcs & radiuses
- Rolling off coils
- Reading drawings and calculating tube lengths
- Calculating tube cut lengths
- Making layout drawings of bent tube
- Bending & checking the tube bend
- Cutting & manipulation if required
- Understanding of tube bent jigs and fixture
- Quality control of products made – Checking the final product
- 5–10 years’ experience
