Overview
Join our dynamic healthcare team as a dedicated Physical Therapist, where your expertise will transform patient recovery journeys and improve quality of life. In this vital role, you will assess, develop, and implement personalized care plans that promote mobility, reduce pain, and restore function across diverse patient populations. At least 2 years outpatient experience preferred. Direct Access license required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to determine physical therapy needs and establish effective treatment goals.
- Develop and implement tailored care plans that incorporate therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques such as soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilization, and passive stretching, as well as neuromuscular re-education and therapeutic activity interventions to optimize recovery.
- Manage small outpatient clinic
- Provide specialized care for general outpatient population consisting of orthopedic, neurologic, and post-surgical conditions.
- Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems to document assessments, treatment progress, and care plans accurately and efficiently.
Skills
- Proficient in Manual Therapy Techniques such as soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilization, passive stretching, and Epley maneuver
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient in EMR
Pay: $78,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
