As the only pharmacy in Grove Hill, our team plays an essential role in the health and well-being of our community.
We are seeking a motivated, compassionate pharmacist to join our growing team in either a full-time or part-time role.
Position Summary
The pharmacist will work closely with pharmacy staff, providers, and patients to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient pharmacy operations while delivering exceptional customer service and clinical care.
This position offers the opportunity to practice pharmacy in a true community-focused environment where pharmacists are valued healthcare providers and relationship builders — not just prescription checkers.
Responsibilities
- Accurately verify and dispense prescriptions
- Counsel patients on medications, disease states, and wellness initiatives
- Administer immunizations and other clinical services
- Collaborate with physicians, clinics, and healthcare teams
- Support medication synchronization and adherence programs
- Supervise and support pharmacy technicians and staff
- Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
- Assist with inventory management and workflow optimization
- Maintain a welcoming and compassionate patient experience
Qualifications
- PharmD degree from an accredited school of pharmacy
- Active Alabama pharmacist license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced community pharmacy setting
- Immunization certification preferred
- Experience with PioneerRx is a plus, but not required

Pay: $55.00 – $70.00 per hour
