Job Requirements
- Provide high-quality pest control services to residential and commercial customers
- Complete scheduled pest control routes on assigned service days
- Perform wildlife removal services on residential and commercial properties while consistently delivering the highest level of service
- Safely and confidently use multiple ladder sizes, following all ladder safety and handling procedures
- Follow company guidelines for proper product selection, application, and treatment methods
- Maintain professionalism, safety, and attention to detail on every service call
- Be a team-oriented individual who values collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Job Description
As a Pest Control Technician, you will complete daily service stops for residential and commercial customers with the goal of keeping accounts pest-free while delivering excellent customer service. You will receive comprehensive upfront training, as well as ongoing education, on product usage, safety standards, and best practices across the pest control industry. Our team and leadership are available to support you in the field and help you succeed in your role.
