Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Handle internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Organize virtual meetings and prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Manage emails, correspondence, and business-related documentation.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics when required.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
  • Support the CEO in daily administrative and operational activities.

Job Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Very good to excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
