Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Handle internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Communicate professionally with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Organize virtual meetings and prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
- Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Manage emails, correspondence, and business-related documentation.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics when required.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
- Support the CEO in daily administrative and operational activities.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Very good to excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
