Position: Personal Assistant / Office Co-ordinator
Personal Assistant / Branch Administrator – George

An established legal practice is seeking a professional and well-presented Personal Assistant / Branch Administrator to manage and support the day-to-day operations of a newly opened branch in George.

We are looking for a mature, reliable, and organised lady with strong administrative abilities, excellent people skills, and the confidence to manage the branch independently while supporting the attorney professionally.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the daily operations and administration of the branch

* Provide personal assistant support to the attorney

* Handle client communication professionally and confidentially

* Manage diaries, appointments, meetings, and correspondence

* Oversee debtors and follow up on outstanding accounts

* Prepare invoices, statements, and general financial administration

* Maintain filing systems and legal documentation

* Liaise with clients, service providers, and third parties

* Ensure smooth office functionality and professional client service

* Assist with basic bookkeeping and reporting functions

Minimum Requirements

* Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Office Manager, or Legal Secretary

* Experience working within a legal environment will be advantageous

* Strong debtors management and accounts administration experience

* Fully bilingual with proficiency in both Afrikaans and English

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* Computer literate, including Microsoft Office

* Professional appearance and telephone etiquette

* Ability to work independently and take initiative

* High level of discretion and confidentiality
