New Vacancy – Personal Assistant
Are you an experienced Personal Assistant looking for an exciting opportunity in Cape Town? A dynamic business within the hospitality industry is seeking a highly organised, proactive and professional Personal Assistant to provide executive-level support at its V&A Waterfront office.
This full-time position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, coordinate key business activities and ensure the smooth day-to-day management of executive operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong background as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, this could be the ideal next step in your career.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience within the hospitality sector will be advantageous.
- Strong diary management, scheduling and meeting coordination skills.
- Ability to prepare reports, presentations, agendas and meeting minutes.
- Excellent organisational, communication and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Zoom, Canva and other online platforms.
- Experience coordinating travel arrangements and executive correspondence.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- High level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.
- Comfortable liaising with clients, suppliers, employees and stakeholders.
- Flexible regarding working hours and occasional travel requirements.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
Package
- Salary: R15,000 – R20,000 per month depending on experience
