Job Overview
This role involves leading and managing a team, ensuring the timely completion of tasks and projects while maintaining quality standards. Collaboration with other departments is essential.
- Monitor team task completion.
- Support and guide team members.
- Prepare monthly HR reports.
- Conduct quarterly performance reviews.
- Manage and update employee data.
- Resolve issues and ensure task completion.
- Develop and monitor team timelines.
- Train employees on new systems.
- Visit all branches annually.
- Participate in investigations for major disputes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree; HR diploma required; experience with labor offices preferred.
- Experience: 6+ years in HR.
- Strong leadership and delegation abilities.
- Independent work and research skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High ethical standards in HR practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with HR systems and databases.
