Role Objectives:
The People Business Partner Manager will provide leadership and oversight on the on-ground delivery of Breadfast people & culture strategy for their assigned functions. This includes the day-to-day implementation of relevant policies and strategic initiatives to ensure we retain and promote Top performers in every area of our work. As well as overseeing all People & Culture related processes in their area/section, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, performance, equipment, document & file management, Compliance, Payroll, inline with P&C central processes & practices.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with employees and business leaders to understand organizational challenges and identify opportunities to improve engagement and performance.
- Partner with business leaders to translate business strategy into people priorities.
- Drive organizational design and workforce planning initiatives.
- Identify talent risks and succession gaps.
- Influence leadership capability through coaching and consultation.
- Lead change management initiatives.
- Support organization restructuring and scaling efforts.
- Drive culture transformation within assigned business areas.
- Partner with COEs (Talent acquisition, OD, Learning, Talent Management, Rewards, Internal Communications, People operations ) to implement strategic initiatives.
- Challenge business decisions through a people lens.
- Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle experience, ensuring seamless onboarding, internal movement, and off-xboarding through effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Ensuring adherence to regulations. Report any violations to the direct manager.
- Ensure the accuracy, governance, and timely execution of employee lifecycle transactions through partnership with People Operations.
- Coach managers and employees on performance, career development, and people-related matters to support business and individual growth.
- Analyze People metrics and workforce insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing recommendations to business leaders.
- Ensure staff members are well aware of people & culture policies, recommending changes based on people feedback or organizational needs
- Partner with business leaders to support workforce planning and organizational capability requirements.
- Guide managers through performance management processes, ensuring consistency and alignment with company frameworks.
- Lead, coach, and develop the People Business Partner team, ensuring high performance, capability development, and alignment with business priorities.
Required Education, Knowledge, And Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a relevant field.
- 8–10 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including at least 3–5 years in an HR Business Partner or People Partner role supporting senior business leaders.
- Proficient in English & Arabic (written and verbal) Advanced use of reporting tools.
- Prior experience working and applying people & culture principles with applying, maintaining processes to achieve greater performance.
- Attention to details & highly organized
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- The ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to the changing business needs and processes.
- Problem Solving Skills.
