Job Description
We are looking for a Pentest Analyst / Penetration Tester to join a dynamic and international cybersecurity environment. You will contribute to strategic security assessments, evaluate the resilience of diverse IT environments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously strengthen the organization’s overall security posture.
Required Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field
Certifications
- CEH
- eJPT
- OSCP
- or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Perform penetration tests on web applications, systems, and network infrastructures
- Identify and exploit security vulnerabilities such as authentication flaws, misconfigurations, access control weaknesses, injection issues, missing patches, and credential exposure
- Conduct security assessments aligned with OWASP Top 10 and industry-recognized security standards
- Use standard penetration testing tools including Kali Linux, Nmap, Burp Suite, and similar platforms
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal pentesting methodologies and cybersecurity best practices
- Produce clear, structured, and actionable security reports for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Work closely with IT and security teams to support remediation and follow-up activities
- Ensure all testing activities comply with governance, risk, and operational continuity requirements
Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in penetration testing or vulnerability assessment
- Strong understanding of risk analysis, threat modeling, and vulnerability classification
- Practical experience with Kali Linux, Nmap, Burp Suite, and related tools
- Ability to translate technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Autonomous, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset
- Languages: English (mandatory) | French (nice to have)
