Join a fast-growing, security-driven organisation committed to operational excellence, compliance, and information security.We are seeking an experienced PCI / SOC 2 Risk Manager to lead and strengthen our information security, compliance, governance, and risk management initiatives.
Please Note:This is NOT an Occupational Health & Safety role.We are specifically seeking candidates from a Financial Risk, IT Risk, Cybersecurity, Audit, Compliance, or Information Security background.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage PCI DSS and SOC 2 compliance programs
Conduct risk assessments and internal audits
Develop and maintain security policies and procedures Work closely with IT, Operations, HR, and Leadership teams
Monitor vulnerabilities, incidents, and remediation plans Coordinate external audits and compliance reporting Ensure ongoing data protection and security best practices
Requirements:
✔ Experience with PCI DSS and/or SOC 2 frameworks
✔ Strong IT and technical understanding
✔ Background in financial risk, IT governance, cybersecurity, audit, or compliance
✔ Strong understanding of information security and enterprise risk management
✔ Excellent reporting and stakeholder management skills
✔ Relevant certifications advantageous (CISA, CISSP, ISO 27001, etc.)
