We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team and support our growing HR & Payroll operations.
🔍 About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining employee records, and ensuring full compliance with Egyptian labor law, social insurance, and tax regulations.
✅ Key Responsibilities
• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
• Maintain and update payroll and employee records
• Ensure compliance with labor law, social insurance, and tax regulations
• Calculate social insurance contributions and income tax deductions
• Handle employee payroll inquiries and resolve issues
• Prepare payroll reports for management and audits
• Coordinate with HR & Finance on payroll updates and adjustments
• Manage final settlements and end-of-service benefits
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee data
🎯 Qualifications
• Proven payroll experience in Egypt (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, tax, and social insurance
• Experience with HRIS / ERP systems
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
⭐ Preferred Skills
• Certifications such as CPP, PHR, or equivalent
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics
• Advanced Excel skills
• Familiarity with tax authority and social insurance systems
