Job Purpose:
Manage a portfolio of top companies. Collaborate with network representatives to fulfill payroll targets, realize the bank’s commercial payroll strategies, expand the payroll market share & expand retail products driven payroll clients.
Duties and responsibilities:
1.Implement SCB Commercial Strategy for Retail Customer Acquisition. Apply the Department’s objectives and action plan with clear quantitative yearly targets to ensure maximum client count.
2.Manage the customer acquisition initiatives on non-customers/current inactive customers/Referrals.
3.Achieve required Payroll Acquisition KPIs in coordination with network branches.
4.Maintain awareness of market trends. Develop & share new ideas with Retail Payroll RMs team to recognize specific trends in the regions and seize opportunities in the market across all governorates.
5.Analyze all commercial & opportunity lists to set the department’s monthly/yearly plan.
6.Follow up Payroll RMs to Initiate business through regular market calls/visits and establish a database for potential clients.
7.Manage the allocation of new accounts among SCB Branch Network based on clients’ preferences. Ensure overall consistency & congruence with SCB Business Model.
8.Initiate relationships with Retail customers across all segments (with a specific focus on higher segments) to effectively market the bank.
9.Arrange Cross Selling events as SCBank day at large companies to cross-sell retail products on an individualized basis to employees and company to be coded to trace the achievements if it is not a Payroll Company.
10.Manage acquisition of referred customers to ensure maximum Cross selling Opportunities are met at SCB.
11.Attend the bank’s events & conferences to identify potential business opportunities for customer acquisition.
12.Lead, develop and implement the necessary strategies for achieving the department’s goals and objectives.
13.Develop sales plans to boost Payroll cross selling and maximize the bank's profitability.
14.Communicate daily activity reports to the Head of Payroll Commercial
15.Deliver regular reports to Head of Payroll Commercial to keep them updated with the payroll new deals & cross selling performance.
16.Monitor the facilities’ processing Cycle and suggest enhancements to speed up the flow of work.
17.Assess the Payroll market’s needs and trends to infer ways for increasing the bank’s market share.
18.Hold regular meetings with Relationship Managers and ensure providing the necessary trainings and sales skills to keep the staff at the highest level of necessary expertise.
19.Hold regular meetings with Head of Payroll Commercial to assess business progress, and to exchange information on Payroll opportunities.
20.Coordinate with the various stakeholders to enhance synergy across the relevant business lines.
21.Ensure correct adoption of policies and procedures to guarantee that SCB business is conducted in compliance with Local Laws, Internal rules and regulations, as well as International Standards.

Job specification:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance or related field.
Experience
Minimum 8 years of relevant banking experience with special emphasis on payroll management
Skills and Abilities

Fluency in written and spoken Arabic
