Functions:
- build and develop benefit strategy
- manage end to end payroll for numerous countries
- manage year end process
- ensure HR payroll info kept up to date
- full compensation benchmarking
- analyze pay date + competitiveness
- contribute to review of salaries
- assist in job grading
- partner with HR regarding reward advice
Requirements:
- bachelors degree
- benefits and rewards experience
- minimum 5 years experience in payroll
- experience in managing payroll across diverse entities
