Oilgro (Pty) Ltd is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our team of professionals. The role is in-person and is based in Little Falls, Roodepoort.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Payroll Support
· Capturing new employee information
· Assisting with terminations
· Processing leave inputs
· Capturing additional earnings
· Capturing voluntary deductions
· Assisting with time and attendance processing
· Assisting with overtime validations
· Payroll filing
2. Employee Support
· Handling first-line payroll queries
· Assisting with payslip requests
· Assisting with COIDA and IODs
· Supporting payroll communication
3. System Administration
· Assisting with payroll inputs
· Data validations
· Payroll report extraction for third part administrations.
Recommended Minimum Requirements:
·Grade 12 / Matric
· Payroll Administration Certificate (advantageous)
· HR or Finance qualification (advantageous)
· 1–2 years payroll or Payroll Administration experience
· Retail industry experience preferred
· South African citizen
· Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy
· Excel proficiency
· Confidentiality and professionalism
· Excellent numerical skills
