Job Purpose

 

The job incumbent will be responsible for managing (i) all aspects of payroll to ensure effective and efficient payment of salaries to all employees of our organization and (ii) other related tasks.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the HR generalists keep the biometric time and attendance system up to date
  • Verification and computation of overtime and other payroll transactions
  • Verification of new recruits on payroll system and on the different software available (HRPTA & BHR)
  • Monthly Renewal of employees’ medical insurance
  • Verify and prepare leave management and tardiness reports and send to HODs monthly
  • Dealing with complaints and queries regarding payroll from employees and upper management
  • Investigating and resolving any discrepancies in payroll
  • Ensure all payroll related documents’ records are up to date monthly
  • Prepare payroll, headcount and sales performance tracker reports monthly
  • Keep all new recruits' and leavers' trackers updated
  • Any duties related to this position
