Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Payment Reminder and Retentions Agent located in Bruma, Johannesburg. The Payment Reminder and Retentions Agent will be responsible for contacting clients to remind them of upcoming or overdue payments, addressing any payment-related inquiries, and assisting in the retention of customers by resolving any issues or concerns. The agent will also document interactions with clients and maintain accurate records.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Contacting debtors and negotiating repayment plans.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all collections activities.
• Providing timely and effective communication with debtors to resolve outstanding balances.
• Achieving monthly collection targets and contributing to the overall success of the team.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in customer service and handling payment reminders
- Drivers license and a vehicle
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Details
• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Two Saturdays per month: 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM
- Salary: R7500 per month plus commission
