Main Tasks:

  • Communicating with patients who have shown interest in our programs.
  • Answering questions and guiding them through the enrollment process.
  • Updating patient notes in our system (HubSpot).
  • Following up to ensure a great patient experience.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English (Conversational and written).
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles or office administration.
  • A quiet place to work and a stable internet connection.
  • Ability to work Sunday to Friday (EST schedule).
