We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team! In this role, you will bring enthusiasm and skill to food preparation, ensuring each dish is crafted with precision, creativity, and care. Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items with attention to quality, presentation, and consistency, following established recipes and standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, portioning, and handling techniques are followed
- Support catering events and special functions by preparing dishes according to event specifications
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and smooth kitchen operations
- Serve dishes with enthusiasm, ensuring guest satisfaction and positive dining experiences
Experience
- Previous dietary department or dietary aide experience is highly desirable, demonstrating familiarity with food handling protocols
- Experience in high volume kitchen
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly within the food industry
- Proficiency in knife skills, food safety practices, and general kitchen operations
- Knowledge of menu planning, catering procedures, and food service standards
- Prior restaurant experience that highlights ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Culinary experience that reflects passion for food creation and a commitment to quality
