Job Purpose We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Commercial Parts Sales Representative to support parts sales operations and maintain strong client relationships within the commercial vehicle industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, processing parts orders, and ensuring high levels of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell commercial vehicle parts to new and existing customers
- Provide professional assistance and product advice to clients
- Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and service
- Process quotations, orders, and invoices accurately
- Liaise with customers regarding stock availability, pricing, and delivery timelines
- Ensure excellent after-sales support and resolve customer queries efficiently
- Maintain accurate records on internal systems
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial parts sales or a similar role
- Strong computer literacy (experience with Pinnacle will be advantageous)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer liaison and relationship-building ability
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
