Requirements:
- Matric
- Minimum 5 years’ parts sales experience
- Knowledge of heavy equipment parts especially chinese equipment
- Computer literate
- Valid driver’s licence
- Strong communication and sales skills
Duties:
- Customer service and parts sales
- Quotations and order processing
- Business development
- Follow-up on customer enquiries
- Achieve sales targets
- Assist customers in identifying and sourcing the correct parts for their equipment.
- Process customer enquiries, quotations, sales orders, and invoices accurately.
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers and actively develop new business opportunities.
- Follow up on quotations and outstanding customer enquiries.
- Manage customer accounts and ensure excellent after-sales service.
- Work closely with the stores and procurement departments to ensure parts availability.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge, industry developments, and competitor activities.
- Assist with stock control and inventory management when required.
Pay: R12 000,00 – R15 000,00 per month
