POSITION INFO:
Job title: Parts Sales Executive (Spare Parts)
Location: Germiston, Johannesburg
Salary: R15 000/month
Commission structures are not shared upfront, and can be discussed in interviews.
Vacancy type: Full-time and Fixed term contract positions available
Sales and support is to dealerships, transporting companies and the likes, not retail to the public.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric
- 2–5 years’ experience in truck or commercial vehicle parts sales
- Experience with brands such as FAW, Volvo, MAN, or other commercial vehicle groups
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Good physical health and sober habits
- Clear criminal record (subject to verification)
- Excel Skills and SAP Experience
Technical & Operational Requirements:
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to correctly identify parts.
- Understanding of parts catalogues, VIN decoding, and OEM part identification.
- Experience with quotations, invoicing, ordering, and back-order management.
- Basic understanding of technical operations and commercial truck mechanical systems.
- Advanced computer literacy, specifically Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage high call / WhatsApp group volumes.
- Ability to work overtime as operationally required.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administration.
- Organised, accountable, and able to work independently and within a team.
- Positive attitude, teachable, and willing to learn and grow within the business.
