Summary
Parts Sales Executive – Retail ensures accurate handling, storage, and movement of parts and materials to support workshop and sales operations efficiently and reliably.
Tasks
- Develop new relationships and act as first point of contact for queries.
- Use tailored materials and questions to evaluate customer needs.
- Identify potential customers via referrals or events.
- Propose products/services based on customer needs and encourage purchase.
- Schedule follow-ups and ensure quality customer data.
- Sell products/services using standard processes; may back office support.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may compensate for formal education.
Experience
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, with proven ability to work independently.
