Remuneration: Basic R25 000 – R35 000 + Commission + Car + Fuel + Medical + Pension + Cell
A reputable franchised dealership is seeking an experienced Parts Sales Manager to lead and grow its Parts Department. Senior Parts Sales Executives with a proven track record who are ready to take the next step in their career are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the Parts Department within a franchised dealership.
- Drive sales and gross profit targets for the Parts Department.
- Lead, mentor and motivate the Parts sales team.
- Develop strong customer relationships and business development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Parts Sales Manager within a franchised dealership or a Senior Parts Sales Executive ready to step into management.
- Experience with a reputable dealership is essential.
- Strong automotive parts knowledge is essential.
- Proven ability to achieve sales and gross profit targets.
- Experience leading, mentoring and motivating a parts sales team.
- Strong customer relationship management and business development skills.
