Counter Person
Duties:
– Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
– Take orders and assist customers with product selection
– Process payments and handle cash transactions
– Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
– Maintain a clean and organized counter area
– Fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
– Stock shelves and replenish inventory as needed
– Assist with maintaining the overall appearance of the dealership
Skills:
– Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
– Proficiency in Excel for order tracking and inventory management
– Excellent phone etiquette to provide professional customer service over the phone
– Basic understanding of retail math for pricing and calculating discounts
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volume of customer interactions
– Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and cash handling
– Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other staff members
