We have a unique opportunity for the right candidate! We are currently seeking to add a highly-motivated, customer-focused Parts Advisor to work with our automotive franchise.
Qualifications and Skills:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· A professional, upbeat and friendly attitude. Must also be a team player.
· Strong verbal and oral communication
· Self-motivated and strong analytical skills
· Clean, valid driver’s license
· Attention to Detail
· Computer proficiency
· Willing to learn additional responsibilities to assist your team
· Experience is preferred but will consider other applicants
This candidate will assist the parts department by:
· Pulling parts from stock for technicians
· Putting parts away after delivery
· Taking parts inventory counts
· Helping maintain an organized parts department
· Identifying exactly the right part for the make, model and year of vehicles being serviced
· Assisting all technicians and customers in purchasing needed parts and supplies
· Locating available parts, when the dealership is out of stock
· Tracking all incoming and outgoing parts for the dealership
· Calling customers for special order parts that have been delivered
· Ordering Accessories for high-end model car, truck and SUV
· Achieving monthly sales and gross forecasts for seeking out and soliciting parts business
· Handling parts payment collection and making sure all parts are billed correctly
· Answering phone calls and assisting walk-ups and wholesale customers with their part needs
· Providing excellent customer service
· Packaging and shipping parts back to the manufacturer from time to tome
Pay types:
· Commission pay is Guaranteed for the first 90 days during the training period in addition to base pay
