WatersEdge Solutions is partnering with a client to recruit a driven and personable Partnerships Associate to support a global sales function. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys business development, client engagement, and sales coordination in a fast-paced international environment. Working closely with a Branch Manager, you’ll help drive lead generation, nurture prospective client relationships, and support the sales process from first contact through to pipeline progression.

About The Role

As Partnerships Associate, you’ll play a key supporting role within the commercial team, helping to generate and qualify leads, coordinate meetings, and maintain momentum across the sales pipeline. This role blends proactive outreach with strong administrative discipline and relationship-building capability. It is well suited to someone who is resilient, organised, and eager to grow in a performance-driven business development environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and qualify prospective clients using internal tools and external platforms
  • Organise lead and contact data in spreadsheets and CRM systems such as HubSpot
  • Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone to generate meetings
  • Follow up consistently with cold, warm, and inactive prospects
  • Book meetings with inbound leads generated through marketing activity
  • Engage with prospects interacting with digital campaigns and content
  • Support the sales cycle from lead through to proposal submission and deal progression
  • Confirm service capability against client requirements
  • Maintain accurate and professional client records and communications in the CRM
  • Support post-meeting follow-up and client relationship nurturing
  • Compile regular sales reports and support performance tracking against targets
  • Work with Branch Managers to improve outreach strategies and identify new opportunities
