Role Description
This is a remote, contract role for a Sales Development Representative. Key responsibilities include prospecting and generating leads, managing the sales pipeline, building initial customer relationships, and qualifying potential business opportunities. The role will require proactive outreach, effective communication, and collaboration with the broader sales and business development teams to identify and secure new business partnerships.
Qualifications
- Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify prospects and secure meetings
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills, including a customer-focused approach and the ability to build rapport
- Proficiency in Sales and Business Development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is a plus
- Passion for the CPG industry or experience in a similar field is highly desirable
