A well-established law firm is seeking a skilled Paralegal with strong FNB bond experience to join their team. This role is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is confident handling bond files and working closely with banks, clients, and attorneys in a fast-paced legal environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Handling FNB bond instructions and bond registration processes
  • Liaising with FNB, clients, and attorneys
  • Preparing and checking bond documentation
  • Managing files from instruction through to registration
  • Ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted timeously

    • Minimum requirements:

  • Proven experience with FNB Bonds (non-negotiable)
  • Previous experience working in a conveyancing / bond department within a law firm
  • Ability to manage bond registrations and related documentation
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
