Paint Line – Wet Paint and Powder Coater
Duties and responsibilities:
1. Follow operating and safety procedures of department
2. Full knowledge of wet and powder paint applications
3. Full knowledge of metal finishing including the ability to perform such
4. Inventory and requisition paints and like products
5. Be able to check paint thickness
6. Be able to follow directions
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1-2 years of painting (wet and powder) experience required.
- Ability to read and understand documents written in standard English
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, verbal, or diagram form
- Ability to solve problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
- Be safety and quality-oriented, accountable, dependable, reliable, productive, ethical, a strong communicator, innovative, a team player, and have a positive attitude
