Our client in the grain milling industry is seeking an experienced Packaging Manager to join their team in Bloemfontein. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and structured professional with strong leadership skills and extensive packaging experience within a milling environment.
Requirements:
- National Senior Certificate or equivalent to NQF4
- Relevant qualification in Packaging or Supply Chain Management
- Minimum 5 years supervisory experience
- Minimum 5 years extensive packaging experience in the grain milling industry
- Knowledge of operating and fault-finding on automated packaging machines and robotics
- Good computer skills
- Valid driver’s license and own transport

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing ISO 22000 and HACCP standards

- Ensuring packaging standards meet company and customer expectations
- Inventory management of final products and packaging materials
- Achieving packaging targets and operational efficiency
