Copper Creek Contractors is seeking motivated, hardworking individuals to join our growing team as Sales Representatives/Project Managers. This is a hands-on role where you’ll guide homeowners through the roofing process from the initial handshake to project completion while building a rewarding and lucrative career.
Whether you have sales experience or are looking for an opportunity to learn a high-income trade, we provide the training, mentorship, and support needed to succeed.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners and build strong customer relationships
- Generate new business through neighborhood canvassing and networking
- Conduct roof inspections and assessments
- Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and project options
- Manage projects from signed agreement through roof completion
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams throughout the project
- Deliver exceptional customer service from start to finish
Compensation & Earnings
- Steady base pay to get you started
- Commission paid on every completed project
- Earn 8% of gross profit
- More roofs completed = bigger paychecks
- Unlimited earning potential
- No cap on commissions

Work Environment
This is not a desk job.
You’ll spend most of your time:
- Working outdoors
- Canvassing neighborhoods
- Climbing ladders and inspecting roofs
- Meeting with homeowners face-to-face
- Staying active throughout the day
This role requires working outside in various weather conditions throughout the year.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year
