We’re Hiring: Telesales / Sales Representatives Outbound call centre
Location: Benoni, Roodepoort and surrounding areas
Affinity Health is expanding its sales team and is looking for self driven, energetic, money hungry outbound Telesales / Sales Representatives to join our team.
We are looking for individuals who can confidently engage with customers, build trust, and successfully sell medical insurance and other products.
✅ Minimum Requirements:
Matric (Grade 12) OR Equivalent
Fluent in Afrikaans and English and other languages
Proven Call centre, Outbound Telesales / Sales experience (RE5 and credits an advantage and still within DOFA)
BUT, should you be OUT of DOFA and not have RE but have outbound call centre telesales experience, we can still speak.
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Target-driven and self-motivated
“Money hungry” mindset with a strong desire to earn top commission on top of your salary
