Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead, coach, and motivate a team of agents to meet and exceed KPIs
✅ Monitor performance and provide real-time feedback and development
✅ Conduct team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
✅ Handle escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
✅ Collaborate with operations and quality teams to improve outcomes
Requirements:
✔ Minimum 1-2 years’ experience as a BPO Team Leader
✔ Proven ability to manage performance and drive results
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ High level of accountability and integrity
✔ Experience with reporting, coaching, and conflict resolution
