Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Outbound Sales Agent to actively reach out to potential customers and convert them into paying users on our platform. This is a performance-driven role suited for individuals who are confident, persuasive, and results-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential customers via DMs, WhatsApp, email, and other channels
- Identify and target creators, influencers, agencies, and small businesses
- Introduce and explain our services clearly to prospects
- Convert leads into paying users on the platform
- Follow up consistently to close deals
- Meet daily outreach and weekly conversion targets
- Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends
Compensation Structure
- Base Pay: $150/month (performance-based)
- Weekly Advance: Up to $30 (recoverable based on performance)
- Activation Bonus: $1 per user (after user completes at least $20 in orders)
- Commission: 15% on all completed orders from your users
Requirements
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Experience in sales, marketing, or online business (preferred)
- Familiarity with social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Self-driven and target-oriented
- Ability to work independently and stay consistent
