About the Role
We are hiring energetic and target-driven UK Cold Calling Sales Agents to join a fast-paced outbound sales campaign. You will be contacting UK-based prospects, engaging in structured sales conversations, and converting leads into sales.
This is a performance-driven role with strong earning potential for high performers.
Salary & Earnings
- Basic Salary: R10,000 per month
- Commission: R5,000+ uncapped
- On Target Earnings (OTE): R15,000+ per month
- High performers can exceed OTE significantly through commission
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to UK customers
- Present products/services confidently and professionally
- Handle objections and close sales
- Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
- Maintain accurate call records and CRM updates
✅ Requirements
- Previous call centre or outbound sales experience preferred
- UK campaign experience is a strong advantage
- Confident communication skills (English essential)
- Target-driven and motivated by commission
- Ability to work UK hours (11am–8pm SA time)
