As part of our growth, we are looking for an OPL to lead and coordinate new projects from development to serial production.
💡 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲:
You will be responsible for planning, follow-up, and control of new projects in line with preplanning and group procedures.
🔑 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
- Use preplanning as a development and monitoring tool for project tasks
- Implement and follow up on PDP (Project Development Plan)
- Coordinate SOP and ensure smooth production launch
- Support production during prototype and serial phases
- Ensure coordination between all departments
- Act as the key interface with the central customer team
👤 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲:
- 🎓 Engineering degree
- 🏭 Minimum 4 years of experience (automotive sector)
- 🤝 Strong transversal management, leadership, and influence skills
- ⚡ Ability to manage stress and priorities
- 💬 Fluent in English
