Job Summary:
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations across the production cycle, ensuring smooth workflow execution, maintaining quality standards, and achieving production targets. The role includes supervising team leaders and operational teams, monitoring productivity, coordinating with warehouses and other departments, and ensuring on-time order fulfillment while optimizing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:Operations & Production Management
- Supervise day-to-day operations across Printing, Finishing, and Data Entry teams.
- Monitor the entire production cycle from order release until final delivery readiness.
- Ensure smooth workflow execution and timely completion of orders according to delivery deadlines.
- Follow up on production progress and resolve operational bottlenecks promptly.
- Develop production plans during high workload periods in coordination with the Operations Head.
- Monitor machine utilization and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Team Management
- Supervise Team Leaders and ensure proper task distribution within each department.
- Monitor team productivity and performance against operational targets.
- Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance feedback sessions.
- Support manpower planning and recommend hiring needs based on workload and business expansion.
- Foster teamwork, engagement, and accountability across operational teams.
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate closely with Warehouse, Procurement, and other internal departments to ensure material availability and operational continuity.
- Ensure accurate communication of priorities, deadlines, and production updates.
- Escalate operational challenges and risks to the Operations Head when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Operations, Production, or Manufacturing environments.
- Experience in production environments, preferably in 3D Printing, Manufacturing, or E-commerce operations, is preferred.
