Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Supervisor, located in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily operational activities, manage teams, monitor performance metrics, and ensure alignment with key business objectives. Responsibilities include supervising team members, coordinating resources, identifying and addressing process inefficiencies, and fostering a productive and collaborative work environment. The role also involves providing detailed reports and insights to senior management and ensuring adherence to organizational standards and policies.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills, with the ability to manage, motivate, and guide teams effectively
  • Expertise in Operations and Operations Management for efficient workflow and resource allocation
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess performance metrics and drive process improvements
  • Outstanding Communication skills for effective team collaboration and stakeholder interaction
  • Proven organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in a similar role within a multinational or culturally diverse environment is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required
  • Familiarity with CRM, operational tools, and reporting systems is advantageous
