We’re hiring an Operations Superintendent to lead field execution across the Permian Basin, centered in Andrews, TX. This full-time leadership role oversees heavy equipment operations, pipeline work, crew coordination, and day-to-day jobsite performance across active oil & gas projects. You’ll make real-time decisions, drive safe and efficient execution, and help build a field culture grounded in accountability, teamwork, and customer service.

Pay ranges from $35–$42 per hour, with bonus potential, company truck, fuel card, cell phone, laptop, and health benefits.

Schedule & Availability

· Full-time, field-based role based in Andrews, TX with regular travel across the Permian Basin

· Typical schedule is Monday-Friday with early starts; extended hours and weekend work may be required based on customer demand

· Must be available by phone after hours for urgent operational issues, customer needs, and crew support when needed

What You’ll Lead

· Lead day-to-day field operations across multiple active jobsites with a focus on safe, efficient execution

· Guide supervisors, foremen, and field hands through clear expectations, coaching, accountability, and support

· Oversee heavy equipment activity involving excavators, water trucks, forklifts, and other equipment to support field productivity and safe execution

· Coordinate pipeline installation, related field construction, and horizontal drilling support work in alignment with customer specifications, schedules, and safety standards

· Own crew scheduling, dispatching, and job sequencing to keep work moving and customers informed

· Enforce compliance with OSHA, DOT, TXRRC, and NMOCD standards through strong field leadership and consistent follow-through

· Conduct jobsite visits, identify hazards, and troubleshoot field issues before they impact safety or production

· Work closely with project managers, engineers, customers, and subcontractors to keep milestones on track and field issues resolved quickly

· Build strong customer relationships by communicating clearly on scope, timing, changes, and expectations

· Keep equipment, materials, and inventory ready to support uninterrupted field execution

· Track labor, job costs, KPIs, field reports, equipment usage, and incident documentation to support sound decisions

· Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and corrective action processes to strengthen crew performance and accountability

· Support emergency response coordination and communicate clearly during urgent operational or safety events

Minimum Requirements

· 1+ years of oilfield or heavy civil field leadership experience in a Superintendent, Foreman, or Supervisor role

· Strong working knowledge of Permian Basin field operations, crew management, and customer execution

· Proven ability to lead multiple crews, adjust priorities quickly, and keep work on schedule

· Working knowledge of heavy equipment operation, equipment maintenance coordination, and basic mechanical troubleshooting in field environments

· Clear communication, sound judgment, and steady decision-making in a fast-paced field environment

· Valid driver’s license and ability to meet DOT requirements

Preferred Qualifications

· Hands-on supervisory experience in construction, welding, production, or similarly demanding field operations environments

· Current OSHA 30, PEC, H2S, or other recognized safety certifications

· Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills that support field leadership and customer coordination

· Experience working across Texas and New Mexico regulatory and customer environments

Physical & Safety Requirements

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and climb, bend, and work safely in outdoor field conditions

· Work in heat, cold, dust, and noise typical of Permian locations

· Must pass pre‑employment and ongoing drug/alcohol testing

· Classified as a safety‑sensitive position under TX/NM guidelines
