MNT-Halan is looking for analytical and detail-oriented undergraduate students to join our Performance & Projects Team as interns.
What You'll Do:
- Assist in tracking and reporting operational KPIs and performance metrics.
- Support the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and dashboards.
- Monitor service levels, productivity, and operational efficiency indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure reporting accuracy.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and operational excellence initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
- Basic knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools.
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Previous academic projects or internships related to operations, analytics, or performance management are a plus.
