We are looking for an Operations Manager to optimize processes, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and support day-to-day operations. This role requires multitasking and is suitable for candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
You will be responsible for
- Managing the acquisition of couriers and building relationships with courier companies
- Developing and optimizing operational processes for courier acquisition, planning, support, fleet management, and partner relations
- Analyzing customer segments and attracting new clients to the service
- Making data-driven decisions to improve the accuracy, efficiency, safety, and optimization of warehouse and last-mile operations
- Monitoring and analyzing the key metrics of all courier companies
You might be a fit if you have
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proven experience in last-mile delivery and logistics express operations, customer service, support, or sales
- Strong negotiating and communication skills, including the ability to interact cross-functionally
- The ability to conduct a comprehensive analysis of services and products, identifying their strengths and weaknesses
- Experience working with large datasets and deriving actionable insights
