Main Purpose of the Position
Support the Divisional Director in the effective operational management of the consulting unit, ensuring smooth execution of administrative, commercial, and coordination activities across the team.
Top 5-10 Main Duties
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate operational planning and day-to-day unit management
- Manage travel arrangements for team members
- Support billing processes and revenue tracking
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of timecards
- Oversee administrative and back-office compliance across the team
- Manage calendars and scheduling for key team members
- Coordinate office days and team logistics
- Organise and support internal events and office operations
- Assist with commercial tracking and reporting
- Maintain operational discipline and process adherence within the unit
