Yango Group is seeking a proactive Operations Manager to drive local operations and partner relationships, and support business development across strategic projects. In this role, you will work on improving operational processes, developing partner networks, and supporting performance across the market.
You will be responsible for
- Improving local operations by analyzing trends and data to support more accurate and efficient decision-making
- Driving partner fleet development, maintaining partnerships, and overseeing partner support to sustain growth and identify new opportunities
- Creating efficient workflows for driver acquisition and retention, ensuring cost-efficiency in operational processes
- Assisting with market expansion activities and leading special initiatives to improve performance metrics
- Implementing projects focused on improving key operational metrics and supporting overall business performance
You might be a fit if you have
- 2+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in ride-hailing, logistics, or similar industries
- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and team management skills
- The ability to make data-driven decisions with a focus on process optimization
- The ability to develop large-scale operations and drive operational excellence
- Strong stakeholder management and partner networking abilities
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and high level of motivation
- Fluency in the local language and English
