We’re looking for an experienced professional to lead operational strategy, streamline processes, and drive the highest standards across a growing property environment.
POSITION INFO:
The Operations Manager will oversee daily activities across multiple properties, ensuring that facilities, maintenance, security, and service providers operate efficiently within SLAs while leading on‑site teams to achieve operational excellence. They will also drive process improvements, manage budgets and compliance, support strategic planning with senior leadership, and implement continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve tenant satisfaction.
Requirements
Degree in Property / Business Administration
5+ years experience in Operations within the property industry
