The role
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Visa Application Centre in Casablanca. You will be responsible for the overall performance of the centre, ensuring operational excellence, team development and compliance with international standards.
📌 Your responsibilities :
- Oversee all VAC operations and drive team performance
- Own the centre's P&L and meet EBIT targets set by the Zone/Region
- Ensure full compliance with SOPs, ISO standards and internal procedures
- Coach, develop and motivate your team to hit performance goals
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Manage resources and staff productivity
- Drive VAS development and meet commercial targets
- Partner with HR, Finance and Admin for operational support
🎯 What we're looking for :
- Proven experience in operations management and team leadership
- Strong organisational and analytical skills
- Fluent in French and English
- Italian citizen, or EU citizen with Italian language – strong preference given to Italian speakers
- Italian nationals residing in Morocco are especially welcome to apply
