What you’ll do:
Drive Sales & Revenue Growth
- Lead, coach, and empower a team of sales-driven agents to exceed targets.
- Implement powerful sales strategies to maximize lead conversion and revenue.
- Consistently analyze data and performance trends to identify new growth opportunities.
- Data-Driven Decision Making
- Interpret sales data and provide actionable insights that optimize processes.
- Create and deliver high-impact client reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) with sharp commentary on sales trends and forecasts.
- Leverage automation to improve efficiency and streamline operations.
- Lead & Inspire a High-Performing Team
- Motivate, mentor, and manage a team to consistently achieve and surpass performance goals.
- Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Implement performance management strategies to develop and retain top talent Ensure Compliance & Operational Excellence
- Drive adherence to regulatory and compliance standards to ensure smooth operations.
- Work closely with clients to maintain strong relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
- Continuously optimize workflows for maximum efficiency and impact.
What you’ll bring:
✅ 3+ years of experience as a Call Centre Manager in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
✅ Matric (Grade 12) – additional sales or management qualifications are a plus!
✅ Proven success in meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
✅ Exceptional people management and leadership skills – you know how to motivate, inspire, and hold teams accountable.
✅ Strong client engagement skills – you build relationships that drive business success.
✅ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and transform insights into action.
✅ Tech-savvy with experience in CRM systems, automation tools, and performance tracking software.
✅ Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-moving environment.
