A Spice manufacturer looking for an Operations Manager that is energetic with the finger on all the buttons in our factory.
An honest, reliable, punctual, Sober person with experience and contactable references need to apply.
The person need to have excellent leadership qualities and able to delegate work and make things happen.
The applicant would have impeccable organisational skills with forward planning.
The job will entail overseeing the Admin office, accounts and sales, drivers and deliveries, recieving and dispatch, general property maintenance etc. Basically see that all movable parts in the business is moving correctly.
You need to be at work at 6.45 am and be good enough to put in 10 hours of work on some days. If you have been there and done that, and you tick the boxes above, then go ahead and send your CV.
