What will you be doing:
• Lead the day-to-day magic across all lodge operations including rooms division, housekeeping, food & beverage, engineering, guest experience, and support functions
• Drive exceptional service standards, operational excellence, and memorable guest satisfaction
• Oversee cost controls, and revenue optimization strategies
• Maximize property performance through strong commercial leadership and KPI management
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams while fostering an engaged and accountable culture
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety requirements, and hospitality operational standards
• Oversee workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning
• Optimize systems, processes, and SOPs to improve efficiency and service delivery
• Strengthen brand reputation, guest loyalty, and overall market competitiveness
• Support long-term strategic growth and property positioning
Your experience and skills include:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years progressive hospitality leadership experience depending on role level
• Proven experience in hotels, resorts, city safari lodges, or international hospitality brands
• Strong financial acumen including labour cost management, and revenue performance
• Demonstrated success in leading multicultural teams
• Deep operational expertise across hospitality departments
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Pre-opening, turnaround, or transformation experience is an added advantage
