Operations & Growth Manager– Performance-Based / Probationary
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-Time
About The Role
We are hiring a Operations & Growth Manager to take full ownership of daily operations, revenue growth, and customer experience at TheLuxAuto.
This is a performance-driven role for a hands-on leader who can think strategically and execute relentlessly. You will work directly with the CEO and be responsible for running and scaling the business.
Performance-Based Engagement
This role begins with a 60–90-day probationary period focused strictly on measurable performance.
Candidates will be evaluated based on:
- Revenue growth
- Increase in bookings
- Operational efficiency
- Customer satisfaction
Confirmation as Operations & Growth Manager is not automatic.
Only candidates who demonstrate strong execution, leadership, and measurable results will be retained.
Key Responsibilities
Growth & Revenue
- Develop and execute aggressive marketing strategies (online & offline)
- Identify and secure high-value partnerships (hotels, corporates, events, airports)
- Increase bookings and fleet utilization rate
- Continuously test and implement new ideas to drive sales growth
Operations & Customer Experience
- Design and implement policies that improve efficiency and accountability
- Ensure 24/7 service excellence with zero excuses
- Monitor driver performance, punctuality, and professionalism
- Resolve customer issues quickly and turn complaints into loyalty
Strategy & Leadership
- Think like an owner: identify problems and solve them proactively
- Build systems that reduce dependency on individuals
- Lead, train, and motivate team members
- Track performance using data and KPIs
- Report directly to the CEO with clear, data-driven insights and action plans
Who We Are Looking For (Non-Negotiable)
- Must be based in Lagos
- Minimum 5 years work experience (operations, consulting, startups, or similar)
- MBA or strong business background preferred
- Proven ability to execute and deliver measurable results
- Highly resourceful with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership ability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)
- Significant increase in monthly bookings and revenue
- Establish at least 3–5 strong revenue partnerships
- Implement operational systems that reduce complaints
- Improve customer satisfaction and repeat bookings
- Demonstrate ability to run daily operations with minimal supervision
